Status of this site

This is a demonstration. Enamel Studio does not exist as a licensed dental practice. The address, telephone number, email address, team members and the Arizona licence number AZ-DDS-000000 are all placeholders. Nothing here constitutes an offer of dental care, and no patient relationship is created by using this site.

Clinical information

The clinical content is written to be accurate in general terms, but it is general. It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment recommendation, and not a substitute for an examination by a licensed dentist who has looked in your mouth and reviewed your medical history. Do not act on anything here without professional advice, and do not delay seeking advice because of something you read here.

No outcome is claimed or promised anywhere on this site. We do not describe any procedure as painless and we do not describe any restoration as permanent, because neither would be truthful. Where survival or service-life figures are mentioned, they are described as what published follow-up commonly reports, not as what will happen to a particular person.

Before-and-after imagery

Individual results vary. The paired imagery in the smile gallery and on the home page was produced for this demonstration. It does not depict identifiable patients, it is not a record of treatment carried out by anyone, and it is not a prediction of any outcome. Suitability, sequence, duration and cost can only be determined after a clinical examination.

Fees

Every fee shown is indicative and illustrative. In a live practice, a fee is confirmed in writing only after an examination, and a written plan would itemise each procedure, the number of visits, the alternatives considered and the risks discussed.

Insurance

Statements about annual maximums, waiting periods, deductibles and UCR schedules describe common features of United States dental benefit plans. They are not statements about any particular plan. Your own policy documents govern your cover, and only your insurer can tell you what they will reimburse.

Third-party content

Photography licensed from third parties is credited in CREDITS.txt in the project repository. Typefaces are self-hosted open-source families under their own licences. The site loads no third-party scripts.
